Dual Zone Technology Dual zone technology features a cooling zone of oil beneath the heating element. Adjustable Thermostat The digital thermostat lets you set temperatures between 300 degrees to 370 degrees, the perfect temperature for a wide variet of foods. Digital Timer A built-in digital timer and alarm will go off to remind you to check your food. Easy Clean Oil Drain System A hose stored in front easily drains the oil for a hassle free oil draining.
