While there are several musical selections, this is not a concert video. One standout musical segment is an a capella sound check in the Sydney, Australia, Opera House where they sing "MMMBop. " Elsewhere, the guys tell the story of how they wrote "MMMBop, " followed by clips from the making of, and finally the music video for the song. Also included is a re-edited version of their video for "Where's the Love.
