Use Instructions - easy to use
1. Get your phone loaded with split format 3D videos/games or just download VR relevant apps from Google Play Store or Apple Store. Just search "VR", there will be hundreds of free apps for you to choose
2. Open the 3D movie/games in your phone, and then put your phone in the phone panel, remember to keep your cellphone in the middle of the VR to avoid blurred image or eyes tiredness
3. Adjust the object/focus distance after wearing until you fine a clear watching image, we suggest focus adjusting one eye first and then another
