The AbdoMend Hem-It-In Belt is designed to be worn for the first 3 weeks following a caesarean or other form of abdominal surgery to support the abdominal muscles and internal organs throughout the healing process. By applying gentle compression around the abdomen you will speed up the healing process and help to reduce pain. Plus, you will provide additional support and protection to the incision area in order to prevent the wound from opening up or becoming damaged. The Hem-It-In Belt has an adjustable 6 inch Velcro fastening to ensure it fits snugly but comfortably.
